Yesterday's Email
Do you still send and/or receive postcards? Why? What is their significance in an age of instant messaging?

A generational thang?
I've received two or three postcards in the last year - all from Europeans on vacation.

I suspect that they still have a place in hearts of the 35 and older crowd, but are barely a blip on the radar for those of the "email age."
Often stirred, but never shaken.

RE:Yesterday's Email
We recently received this comment from a visitor:

I really enjoyed looking at these postcards and reading the article in the magazine. Somewhere, I have some little pieces of micro history. I will have to look for them and see if I have any to send along to you. I took a trip to Australia, recently and it was the first time I didn't send any cards to my family. Earlier in the year I sent some from Vancouver BC to my grandchildren. I'm sorry I lost this opportunity from down under.
